All the artworks are enlarged versions of each other. Both soundtracks are the same. The units, characteristics, heroes, and abilities are identical, and they are limited to adding three points for some small civilization that doesn’t even cross our minds. Even with the Egyptian bubble still abusable, the mechanics have not even been remotely updated. No improvements to the graphics.
All of this was done by mods many years ago, much better, even adding entirely new civilizations, and all of this was done for free. We meant to tell you that you are not even able to use the steam overlay when we said the team was “old 2000s-minded.”. It would be impossible to make this sort of game without a workshop. More than 250 titles in our library have never failed to support the overlay … of steam.
